2. Define cohort synchronizer field settings and search terms

Define from which user profile field and what search terms are being monitored. 

1. Open Site administration -> Users -> Accounts -> Cohort synchronizer

 

 
 
2. Define from which field information is being searched every night in "Automatic profile field synchronization (scheduled task by night)" You can select multiple field with CTRL+ mouse left button.
 
 


3. Next define search terms that are being monitored from these selected fields. Click edit settings on "define field settings" -row

 

 
4. On this page
  • Select for which field you are defining search terms from f.ex. institution
  • write search term
  • press "add term" to add it.
 
 
5. After adding all search terms you need click "back to plugin settings" -link
